By visiting our shop or purchasing a product you agree to the following terms:

Products and pricing: all prices are shown in euros and include VAT. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors. Product images are for illustration purposes.

Orders and payment: orders are confirmed by email. Payment is processed securely (SSL-encrypted) via the payment methods shown at checkout, including iDEAL, credit card, PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

Shipping: see our Shipping policy — free shipping on orders of €49.90 or more, same-day processing for orders placed on business days before 16:00.

Returns: you have 30 days after delivery to return your order free of charge, with a full money-back guarantee. See our Return and refund policy for details.

Governing law: these terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands. Complaints can be submitted to info@shilajitmumijo.com and, for EU consumers, via the European ODR platform.
