 RETURNS

We hope that you love your Vitadote Shilajit from ShilajitMumijo as much as we do. If for any reason you wish to return any product from your order, you have thirty (30) days after delivery to do so — and returns are completely free of charge. If the product does not meet your expectations, you get your money back: that is our money-back guarantee.

Please note that returned products must be unused, undamaged and sealed (not opened). Please use an appropriate bubble envelope or shipping box so the product is not damaged in transit.

HOW TO RETURN

1. Email us at info@shilajitmumijo.com within thirty (30) days after delivery and tell us which product(s) you would like to return. Please include your order number, name, phone number, email address and delivery address.

2. Our customer service team will reply with a Return Authorization Number (RA Number) and instructions for the free, tracked return shipment. You never pay the return shipping costs yourself.

3. Place the product(s), including the unopened outer packaging, in a shipping box together with the packing slip noted with the RA Number.

4. Address your return package to: ShilajitMumijo / eCom IT B.V., Albert Huismanpad 166, 1502 EK Zaandam, The Netherlands.

5. After we receive your return, we will refund the full purchase price to your original payment method within thirty (30) days — free of charge, no deductions.
